• The bridal couple will receive a list of available accommodation, on and near the farm.
• First option is given to the bridal couple for the nearest family and friends.
• After confirmation is received which accommodation the bridal couple would like to reserve, one invoice is made out to the bridal couple for all the accommodation they want to use, and one payment is received by Harmonie Proteas.
• A list of the names, of each guest allocated to the specific rooms, has to be provided to Harmonie Proteas for reference checking.
• Please ensure that guests that sleepover on the Friday, stay in the same room on the Saturday night. For any room changes where linen needs to be changed, we charge an extra R200 per room.
• Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before the booking date, via email or text, will be processed without a penalty.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the booking date will be subject to a charge of the full amount for the room.
• Check-in time on the day before the wedding (if no wedding is scheduled) is 12 am.
• Check-in time on the day of the wedding is 12 am. If no wedding is scheduled the day before, earlier check-in times will be confirmed with the bridal couple.
• Checkout time for all accommodation is 8:30 the day after the wedding. If no wedding is scheduled the day after your wedding, a later check-out time will be confirmed with the bridal couple.
